Holiday Market, Tree Lighting, Music, and More

Planned for Greater Boston Community

Watertown, MA – September 30, 2025 -- The Armenian Cultural and Educational Center (ACEC) is pleased to announce its annual Holiday Celebration, taking place on Friday, November 28, 2025, at the ACEC in Watertown. The full-day event invites community members from across Greater Boston to come together for a festive day of holiday cheer, cultural connection, and seasonal traditions.

This signature celebration is designed to bring together families, friends, and neighbors in a warm and welcoming environment, with programming that offers something for all ages and interests.

A Full Day of Festivities

The day will feature a series of curated events that highlight both local talent and holiday traditions:

  • Holiday Market | 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
The celebration begins with an all-day Holiday Market showcasing handmade goods, unique gifts, fine art, and gourmet treats from local artisans and vendors. Visitors will have the opportunity to shop for one-of-a-kind holiday items while supporting small businesses and creators from within the community.
  • Vendor applications are now open. Local artists, makers, and food vendors are encouraged to apply via the ACEC Holiday Marketplace Vendor Application. Contact market@acecwatertown.org for the application link.

  • Tree Lighting & Special Visit from the North Pole | 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
In the early evening, guests are invited to ACEC's second annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony, complete with complimentary hot cocoa and cookies. A special visitor from the North Pole will make an appearance — a highlight for children and families. This event is free and open to the public.

  • Jazz & Small Bites | 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
As the evening continues, adults are invited to enjoy jazz music, small bites, and a refined atmosphere — a perfect way to unwind and celebrate the season with friends and fellow community members. Additional details and RSVP information will be shared soon.
